Pond Skimming

 This is crazy, but it was the Crazy Daze party at Brundage.  The contestants hike up the hillside to a predetermined spot, and shoot down the hill and onto the pond, trying to stay on top of the water long enough to make it across.  Otherwise they sink into freezing water.  Both skiers and snowboarders competed to be the last one standing.  Some of the better boarders actually made small cuts/turns and sprayed down the crowd. 

Ah what I wouldn't give to be 50 again and do those stupid things.
